1. オーブンの場所を移動するためにウォータータンクから水を抜いた時にめっちゃでかい亀裂を発見。ショックだったけど既に亀裂入った人が無償でウォータータンクを送ってもらっているのを知っていたので早速サポートに連絡します。
2. support@anovaculinary.comに直接メールしてもいいですが使っているオーブンのマシンIDを記載する必要があるので必ずスマホアプリでオーブンと連携しておきましょう。

1. 1. アプリを起動して[More] をクリックすると設定画面が出てくるので[Report a Problem] をタップします。
   2. [Type of problem:]から[Choose]をタップし、”Oven Issue”を選択します。
   3. [Describe the problem…]に障害内容を記載して[Next]をタップします。
   4. 状況説明するには画像データが必要なのであらかじめスマホで写真を撮っておいたのを添付するので[Continue]をタップします。
   5. 通常だとGmailが起動するのでそこに写真を添付してメールを送ります。この時、自動でDevice IDが付加されているので使用者は特定できるようになっています。

My sincere apologies if you’re experiencing issues with your water tank. We are actually aware that there are some tanks that are experiencing cracks due to the stress of being often exposed to high temperatures. We have been continuously making improvements to the materials of our water tank assembly and we’d be willing to replace your tank as needed since it’s part of your oven’s warranty.

For us to file a tank replacement claim, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following information below as we will be using it to send the replacement:

1. ウォータータンクは常にヒビが入らない様に材質を改善している旨のメールと新品のタンクを送るので住所教えてくれという趣旨のメールを受け取りました。名前を見るとおそらくサポートはフィリピンかシンガポールの人がやっているっぽい。丁寧な英語の言い回しがそれっぽいですね。
2. とりあえず住所とタンクカバーが無料でもらえるのかどうか聞いてみます。

As promised, I have requested a replacement tank to be sent to you, I have SO-471828 as a reference. About the tank cover, you can actually get it for free since it was meant to be sent to all oven customers. I have requested for a tank cover to be sent to you too under reference SO-471829.

Please take note that these two items might be sent to you separately. An email notification with the tracking details will be sent to you once the packages are ready and are scheduled to be picked up by the carrier at our warehouse. Hope you’ll receive it soon!

• 新品の水タンクとタンクカバーが届きました。大体、日数は６日かかりました。
• 発送元は中国からです。本体もシャンツェンだったので工場関係は中国のようです。

• 材質を変えたタンクでもおそらくまた時間が経つとひび割れが入ると思います。よって、僕はタンクカバーを付けずに断熱材を挟むことにしました。
• 日本の会社でオーダーで断熱材を売っている会社があります。そこで5mm厚の断熱材を用意してもらいました。ちょうど水タンクを保護する大きさでオーダーしています。この断熱材で500度まで遮断できるようです。
